Crystal Palmer

General Manager

Crystal is the General Manager, responsible for all sales and marketing, as well as overseeing operations.  Crystal grew up in Charlotte where she attended Queens University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications and a minor in Marketing.  She enjoys outside activities with her dog and frequent trips to the mountains of Asheville with her husband.

Kristen Banks

Operations Manager

Kristen is the Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing daily operations, A/R, invoicing as well as various other duties. She was born and raised in Ohio where she attended The Ohio State University earning a Bachelor's of Science degree with a double major in Marketing and Transportation & Logistics.  Kristen moved to the Charlotte area in 2001.

Doreen Sellitti

Client Services Representative

Doreen is our Client Services Representative, managing the front desk, telephones and general administrative duties.  She grew up in New Jersey and attended Ramapo College, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Accounting. Doreen moved to the Charlotte area in 2005 and is proud to now call North Carolina her home. She enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family.
